- I just tried to test 2 Courier V.Everything modems...

- They would connect, but I could not get them to "talk" to each other
- unless I disabled the 31.2 and 33.6 speeds(ATS56.5=1).

- One oddity, one modem would echo "CONNECT 33600" the other would echo
- "CONNECT 31200" after the negotiation.
